

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Bloom Women’s Health & Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure that every patient has access to the care they need, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedule requests may be made through the patient portal, by phone, text, or email, and must be received no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled or changed within this 24-hour window will be considered a late cancellation. In these cases, a $50 late cancellation fee may be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
